Company: Vaillant Group Location: Katowice-POL Country: Poland (PL) Brand: Vaillant GroupWhat We Achieve TogetherYou will lead the functional design and implementation of VanStock inventory management processes, ensuring seamless stock visibility and replenishment across locations.You will support the development and optimization of SAP MM/SD processes, aligning them with business needs and enhancing system efficiency.You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP and Salesforce interface development.You will oversee the integration between SAP and Salesforce, ensuring robust data exchange and process automation.You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance existing systems and workflows.You will participate in project planning, coordinate with external partners, and support system rollouts and updates globally.What Makes Us Successful TogetherQualification: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.Experience: You bring 3–5+ years of experience in SAP MM and/or SD consulting, with proven project leadership.Know-how and skills: You possess strong SAP logistics process knowledge, experience with interface integration (preferably Salesforce), and familiarity with FIORI apps.Nice to have: Experience with SAP PI/PO, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and VanStock or similar inventory solutions.Personality: You are proactive, solution-oriented, and enjoy working collaboratively in diverse teams, with confident and empathetic communication skills.Language skills: You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, enabling effective stakeholder engagement worldwide.What You Can Count OnFlexible work model: adjustable starting times (7:30 – 9:00AM), hybrid work 70/30, and up to 30 days of remote work from abroad from selected countries.Health & Wellness support: private medical care (Medicover), sports card subsidy (Multisport), group insurance (Warta), and ergonomic office spaces.
