SAP Finance Project ManagerWhitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP Finance Project Manager based in Sweden for an initial 12 month contract.Our Client for a Finance Project Manager to lead and drive their work within Finance and Procurement during the transformation to Next Generation ERP S/4HANA.The right consultant has several years of experience leading business and IT transformations focused on finance and procurement, with a strong understanding of financial processes and economic models, and experience leading ERP projects, within SAP ERP and S/4 transformation.Main Responsibilities:Project management (budget, resource management, timeline, steering group)Stakeholder management, both internal and externalProcess development and change managementLeading requirements gatheringCommunication with the business and other stakeholdersStrong leadership skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and a structured approach combined with solid project management experience.High degree of independence, collaboration skills, and excellent communication abilities.Ability to build trust and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.Key Skills:Senior Project Manager (at least 7–8 years of experience) capable of driving projects according to a standard/generic model, combined with several years of experience leading business and IT transformations focused on finance and procurement.Knowledge/experience with agile methodologies.Experience in change management and business development.Strong understanding of financial processes and economic models.Experience leading SAP ERP projects, preferably within S/4 transformation.Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in Swedish and English.Interest in and ability to lead specialists.Previous experience in process development, IT requirements management, procurement of IT systems, and project execution within the energy industry.
