Here's your opportunity!In briefWe are looking for a Windows/Mac Client & System Engineer to join Nordnets IT Support department. We currently have 5 engineers working in the team and are now looking for one more, with mainly Windows competence.IT Support's mission is twofoldedProvide prompt and effective assistance to Nordnet personnel with IT equipment and software-related inquiries and issues.Proactively maintain the integrity, functionality, and security of client devices, mobile phones, meeting room equipment, and associated software, ensuring adherence to Nordnet's stringent security standards.IT Operations is comprised of various teams, and you will collaborate closely with them to effectively manage problems and drive progress on ongoing initiatives and projects.This is youMost likely, you have a technical background that enables you to understand IT services on a deeper level. You have a strong passion for customer satisfaction. You like to communicate, and you have a true interest in building relations and creating results through your team.You should have several years of experience working with Clients (Mac/Win & Mobiles).Good knowledge ofSCCMIntuneAzureJamfGoogle workspaceYou communicate fluently in both Swedish and English and have an open mindset and a can-do attitude. Getting to know the details and understanding how everything is connected and dependent on each other is of great importance to you. You’re not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and love working in a fast-paced environment. You communicate fluently in English and have a good command of Swedish. Fluency in Swedish is considered an advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesClient OS Configuration and deployment of Clients (Win/Mac & Mobile).Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot problems related to these clients.Deploy and manage software updatesTroubleshoot hardware and software problemsDocument system configurations and proceduresFormer experience within Client OS Configuration is considered a huge advantage.About NordnettersWe value experimentation and continuous improvement.
