Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com SAP Payroll Implementation Lead - LATAMActivities Under Your ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setupValidate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulationsAssist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checksManage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with local and global teams.Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readinessTrack project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone deliveryWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent experience, with proven involvement in 3+ successful SAP HCM implementations.In-depth knowledge of Colombia, Chile or Mexico payroll regulations, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations.Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset.Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive informationAt Strada, Our Values Guide Everything We DoAnticipate Customer Needs – We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.
