Are you passionate about transformation and leading change?Our TeamThe Value & Access Manager (V&A) is responsible for the development and implementation of the local market access strategy for all key assets, working closely with the country cross-functional team and Global Market Access Team. The V&A is accountable for all Market Access projects and deliverables adaptation to the country requirements within the timelines, including Product Value proposition, RWE, epidemiology, economic evidence, and publication plan, in support of the optimal local market access strategy, in accordance with global evidence plan.Main ResponsibilitiesLead Market Access Strategy DevelopmentManage Reimbursement & AccessStakeholder EngagementCross-functional CollaborationHealthcare System IntelligencePayer Strategy & EngagementQuality & Compliance ManagementStrategic Patient AccessAbout YouEducation: University degree in Health Sciences or related area. Business, Economics, Management, Commercialization.Postgraduate, MSc, PhD in Health Economics, Health technology assessment is desirable.Experience & Knowledge+2 years’ experience in managerial positions within the pharmaceutical industry in Market Access/RWE/HEOR/Pricing areas (outstanding candidates with academic experience in healthcare decision sciences or public health of +4 years will be considered)Healthcare system / Payer experienceArgentinean Health Care system deep understanding + Knowledge of Chile Health care system (desirable)Payer/Decision maker experience Good level of reading, spoken and written EnglishCompetenciesStrong analytical skillsProject Management skillsAbility to understand, critically assess & synthesize scientific medical literatureStrategic thinking, business acumenStrong Teamwork, collaboration skillsExperience leading cross-functional teamsPresentation skillsPursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there.
