Smartedge’s Client is looking for an individual to help with their SAP HR Consultant _ on a Contract role in Budapest, Hungary (Onsite / Hybrid / Remote) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP HR Consultant at least 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in HR flow and integration with other modulesGathering and analyzing business requirementsParticipation in Agile rituals Documenting the solution design and functional specificationsWorking with corss functional teams and Technical Teams Coordinate with cross functional teams to perform test activities (ex: Unit testing, Integration, Regression and test automation)Support and guide business on operational issues during hyper care""Experience :Knowledge in Payroll, OM, PA and TMKnowledge in HR integration with other moduelsTranslate these business requirements into the right functional IT specifications and IT solution directionThis means you create the functional design and contributes to the architectural roadmap.
