Operating in 180+ countries, we design and deliver people-first solutions powered by cloud-based technology – helping organizations grow and enabling workforces to perform at their best.Learn more at www.stradaglobal.comJob DescriptionSAP HR/HCM Consultant with PolishLocation: PolandRemote workResponsibilitiesSupporting clients on requests addressed to the client’s pool;Current updates and monitoring applications (characteristics, description, status, priorities),Conducting communication through official notifications.Configuration / programmingManage reported incidents and perform functional analysis and guidance / coaching on the technical way to implement it.Preparing the specifications of the proposed solutions,Testing of implemented changes,Preparing technical documentation concerning the changes in accordance with the accepted standards of the company,Solving current (standard and custom) problems in SAP HCM,Implementing new functionalities based on the change request process in SAP HCM,Self-configuring systems in the area: OM / PA / PT / PY / Reporting / ABAP (nice to do),Keeping the system in compliance with the labor law for a supported country,Development of existing SAP HCM solutions,Development of local solutions,Build customer focus within the team.Tasks related with specifications of departmentProviding consultation for internal and external client,Cooperation with client at the local and global level,Cooperation with SAP for a supported country,Acting as a contact person for the client on issues relating to the project area,Compliance with the company processes and procedures,Supporting less experienced colleagues from the team,Participation in regular team meetings,Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.Experience And SkillsLanguage skills Polish is a must, English on advanced level would be an assetExperience in SAP HR payroll/Time or SAP module certificationGood IT skills, adherence to IT Principles & Data SecurityPersistence in striving for a goal,Teamwork orientation,What We OfferPrivate medical care (Luxmed)Possibility to work from homePossibility for development within a multinational organizationAttractive benefits packageExcellent work atmosphereAt Strada, Our Values Guide Everything We Do Anticipate Customer Needs – We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.
