SAP MM/SD Consulting Team Lead

If this sounds like you, this could be the perfect opportunity to join EPAM as a SAP Material Management / Sales and Distribution Consulting Team Lead to work with internal and third-party teams with a focus on O2C and P2P.The purpose of the project is to define and deliver O2C and P2P solutions in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. This includes responsibility for functional/technical specifications, configuration, and unit testing. Delivery of appropriate functional documentation and knowledge transfer to the support teams will be required. You will be working with people from all levels of IT and business, which will require a proactive demeanor.This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in projects from requirements gathering & gap analysis to training, testing, and data activities. ResponsibilitiesProvide applications expertise and knowledge to the business (and other Global IT functions) for the design, development and integration of IT solutions in your designated applications area (SAP and integration to non-SAP systems)Assist in planning and manage the delivery of application change to ensure that it is completed to specification, time and budget working in a Kanban environmentEnsure enhancements in the O2C/P2P area following client`s Principles, Patterns and StandardsProduce formal design materials (design documents, specifications) as input into the building process for new solutionsEnsure that the inter-relationship between business process and application functionality is clearly understood and communicated during any change activityEstablish strong and effective working relationships with external partners and their consultants to ensure maximum benefits are derived for our businessProvide expertise in your area to the Applications Support Manager when required to ensure agreed service levels are met including a formal hand-over of newly developed solutions to the Support OrganizationRemain abreast of external developments in your applications area so those offers can be made to the business to leverage any future development opportunitiesSupport the development of strategies, standards, policies & procedures within your specialist area of expertise Requirements6+ years of SAP O2C or P2P experience as a consultantProven track record in the delivery of SAP applications in the O2C or P2P area with a minimum of three full cycle SAP projects or equivalent with involvement throughout design through to deploymentKnowledge of 2+ modules / applications of the target systemUnderstanding of programming languages related to modules / applications mentioned aboveSAP Certification in an appropriate SAP Module (MM/SD etc.)Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceDeep understanding of ERPProven experience of delivering successful SAP technical functional changes for a global companyAbility to translate a business requirement and align it with a packaged solutionStrong interpersonal skillsEfficient communicator and negotiatorExcellent written EnglishStrong influencing skills We offerFull access to cutting-edge tools and technologiesCompetitive compensation depending on experience and skillsAll-around Social package: professional & soft skills training, medical & family care programs, sportsFree English classesUnlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutionsContinuous experience exchange with experts and professionals worldwideFriendly team and comfortable working environmentEngineering, corporate, and social events within and outside the CompanyFlexible working scheduleOpportunities for self-realization EPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
