This role will give you the opportunity to support colleagues across the world, contribute to exciting IT initiatives, and be part of a company that values growth, collaboration, and innovation.About The RoleAs an SAP OTC Support Specialist, you will provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP Order-to-Cash processes, ensuring smooth operations for our global user base. You will handle incident resolution, user administration, and service requests while actively contributing to projects that enhance our systems and knowledge base.This is not just a support role — it’s a chance to grow into a trusted partner within our SAP landscape, take ownership of key processes, and help drive improvements that will shape how LIXIL delivers IT support worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-User Support: Assist global colleagues with SAP OTC issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.Incident Management: Track, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents through our ticketing system, following established processes and SLAs.User Administration: Manage SAP OTC user profiles and authorizations, ensuring compliance with existing authorization concepts.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams — including developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders — to resolve complex issues and support system enhancements.Knowledge Building: Contribute to the development of a global AI-powered knowledge base (ChatGPT/Outsystems) designed to empower end-users and build the future of IT support at LIXIL.Continuous Improvement: Participate in internal initiatives and projects that improve SAP support processes and reduce dependency on external consultants.Your ProfileWe are looking for someone who combines technical know-how with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.At least 1 year of SAP OTC management experience (preferred)Strong communication skills in English Proactive, communicative, and collaborativeCustomer-focused, with the ability to empathize and deliver a positive user experienceAdaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environmentCurious, eager to learn, and motivated to continuously develop SAP knowledge and technical skillsWhy Join LIXIL?At LIXIL, you will be joining a global leader with 115 people in our AMS teams worldwide.
