Job Description

MAIN PURPOSEYou will join the Richemont Group Technology to lead and animate a platform community.You will work with the Product Development team to define a common strategy and roadmap for the platforms.You will empower your community and work on improving operations efficiency and reliability with an outsourced team.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity animationDefine and maintain roadmap with the community.Patching and upgrade campaign, including tests sessions by business.Define and implement a devops pipeline to give Maisons freedom of deployment based on agreed rules and policies.Organize regular meetings with the community to work on roadmap, devops guidelines improvements.Platform ManagementDefine and implement architecture in alignment with group architecture teamDefine and implement monitoring, availability SLA and business key indicatorsDefine and implement processes for the platform service catalog.Define and implement DRP.Work with the Area Manager to define budget.Training, Maintenance & SupportTraining coordination and training path definition2nd and 3rd level Support coordination.Follow and report on support SLADocumentationCreate and Maintain architecture documentation.Create and Maintain security pentests and processes.Create and Maintain support processes.Track Existing application list and their respective business owners.PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE JOBSpecific knowledgeGood SQL knowledgeAble to understand and challenge business needs regarding datamodelProfessional experienceMinimum 5 years of Windchill data model experienceMinimum 5 years of platform management experienceLanguagesFluency in English is mandatoryFluency in French is a plus Required aptitude and qualities.Ability to lead and complete projects independently, as well as be able to delegate tasks to others. Be proactive and manage expectations. Adjust to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Demonstrated ability to develop and manage effective working relationships within an organization and across multiple clients and/or stakeholders. The candidate should be able to work in an multicultural environment. Travelling required.Comfortable in working in an Agile context.Comfortable and confident when speaking with clients as a platform leader. Able to translate technical concepts into simple terminology for clients having different levels of technical background.
