Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.Your key responsibilities:Upholding project standards, establishing procedures, and ensuring adherence to best practices for SAP implementationsOverseeing project timelines, scope, and budgets to ensure projects stay on track and within financial constraintsSupport managing full project life cycle delivery from initiation to deployment including project estimation, planning, tracking, scope control, risks & issues management, resource management and status reportingTracking project progress, identifying deviations from the plan, and providing regular and detailed updates and executive reportingIdentifying potential project risks and issues and collaborating with teams to develop and implement mitigation strategiesTake ownership of execution excellence. Drive/ mentor engagement teams to deliver engagements Coordinating internal and external resources, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaborationEnsuring that all project deliverables and documentation meet project standards and client requirementsEssential Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferredMinimum 6 years of experience in PMO/Project Coordinator for SAP implementationExcellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management skills including experience presenting to executive sponsors and to all levels of technical and non-technical staffsMust be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies as per the project and program needsFluency in both English and ThaiStrong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS ProjectWhat We Look ForHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
