SAP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver SAP implementation and transformation initiatives for our client in Manila. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing SAP projects end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and deliver the end-to-end SAP project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.Drive project governance, steering committee presentations, and KPI reporting.Manage cross-functional teams including SAP functional consultants, technical teams, business users, and vendors.Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, configuration oversight, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.Ensure strict adherence to SAP methodologies (SAP Activate / ASAP) and project governance frameworks.Coordinate and manage stakeholder expectations across business and IT groups.Facilitate workshops, meetings, training sessions, and status reviews.Ensure high-quality documentation across all phases of the project.Provide post-go-live support and stabilization guidance.Required Skills & Experience:10–15 years of experience in SAP projects, with 5+ years as an SAP Project Manager.Proven track record of delivering SAP S/4HANA or ECC projects (full lifecycle).Strong understanding of SAP modules (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, or Technical areas).Experience managing multi-stream, multi-country, or complex enterprise SAP environments.Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (SAP Activate, ASAP, Agile/Hybrid).Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience managing vendors, budgets, contracts, and resourcing.PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification is an advantage.Must be available on-site in Manila for the full contract duration.
