This role offers flexibility for full-time employment. There will be travel involved, for this role to New Zealand as per need.The SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Syniti Architect is responsible for designing and implementing data migration strategies using Syniti tools for SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. This role ensures accurate, efficient, and compliant migration of data from legacy systems to S/4HANA, leveraging Syniti’s advanced data management capabilities.Mode of employment: Full-timeLocation: Auckland, New Zealand/ AustraliaKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own the data migration architecture and strategy for S/4HANA implementations.Utilize Syniti tools for: Data extraction, profiling, cleansing, transformation, and loading.Data quality checks and governance.Design and implement end-to-end migration workflows, including: Mapping legacy data to S/4HANA structures.Applying transformation rules and validation logic.Collaborate with SAP functional teams to ensure alignment with business processes across modules (FI, MM, SD, PP, etc.).Integrate Syniti with SAP migration tools like LTMC, LTMOM, IDOCs, BODS.Conduct mock migration cycles, cutover planning, and post-migration reconciliation.Provide advisory services on data management best practices and compliance standards.Ensure data security, governance, and regulatory compliance throughout the migration process.Mentor and guide technical teams on Syniti methodologies and tools.Required Skill & QualificationsExperience: 15+ years in SAP data migration projects, with at least 4+ years using Syniti.Proven experience in S/4HANA migration projects.Expertise in Syniti ADM platform, SAP Data Services (BODS), and SAP Migration Cockpit.Experience with Agile methodologies and project management. Familiarity with data governance frameworks.
