SAP Specialist FICO

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SAP FI/CO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and a deep understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes. This role involves configuring SAP FI/CO modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering robust financial solutions that align with business objectives.Duties And ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements related to financial accounting and controlling processes.Work closely with SAP specialists (ABAP, MDM, MM, WM, SD) to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across modules.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical design documents.Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules, including:FI: Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank AccountingCO: Controlling Area, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal OrdersProvide day-to-day support for SAP FI/CO modules, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.Perform system maintenance tasks, including updates and upgrades.Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain necessary approvals.Prepare comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and procedures.Conduct training sessions and develop user manuals to support end-user adoption.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
