We’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.The SAP SRM Consultant is responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) and S/4HANA Procurement solutions. This role ensures seamless support for end-to-end procurement cycles, supplier collaboration, and integration with Finance, Materials Management, and Sourcing processes.The consultant must have deep process knowledge across Manage Master Data & Forms, Procure-to-Plan, Requisition-to-Fulfillment, and Source-to-Pay, ensuring procurement efficiency, compliance, and supplier performance optimization.Key Process KnowledgeThe Consultant Must Demonstrate Strong Expertise InManage Master Data & Forms – Supplier Master, Catalogs, Templates, Contracts, and Forms managementProcure to Plan – Procurement planning, requisition strategies, demand aggregation, and approval workflowsRequisition to Fulfillment – Shopping cart creation, requisitioning, sourcing, approvals, and fulfillment trackingSource to Pay – Tendering, e-sourcing, supplier evaluation, contract management, PO processing, goods/services receipt, invoice verification, and payment cyclesSupplier Lifecycle Management (SLC) – Vendor onboarding, qualification, and performance managemente-Procurement Enablement – Catalog management, supplier self-service portals, and guided buyingIntegration with Finance & MM – 3-way matching, GR/IR, and end-to-end P2P integrationWorkflow & Compliance – Role-based approvals, audit trails, and compliance reportingSRM UI/UX – Portal-based procurement transactions and forms customizationKey ResponsibilitiesLead requirement gathering and design workshops for SRM and Procurement processesConfigure SRM processes for procurement planning, requisitioning, sourcing, and supplier managementImplement forms and catalogs for supplier and material/service procurementDesign and optimize approval workflows for requisition and sourcing cyclesSupport tendering, e-auctions, and contract lifecycle managementIntegrate SRM with MM, FI, Ariba, and external supplier systemsEnsure compliance with procurement policies, tax rules, and financial controlsProvide user training, knowledge transfer, and support for procurement teamsMonitor supplier performance, procurement KPIs, and process automationSupport migration from SAP SRM to S/4HANA Procurement (if applicable)Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Information SystemsSAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SRM / S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement (preferred)Experience7–10 years of SAP Procurement experience with at least 3–5 years in SAP SRMAt least 2 full-cycle SAP SRM or S/4HANA Procurement implementationsStrong expertise in P2P, sourcing, supplier management, and procurement complianceTechnical & Functional SkillsHands-on configuration of SRM procurement processes, catalogs, and supplier collaborationKnowledge of integration with MM, FI, Ariba, and external supplier networksExperience with workflow design, approval hierarchies, and procurement automationFamiliarity with Fiori apps for Procurement & SRM in S/4HANASoft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to collaborate with procurement, finance, and compliance teamsAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
