SAP Supply Chain Lead

We are looking for a SAP Supply Chain Lead with 10+ years of experienceRequirement :Business Process Lead with Strong process knowledge and experience in planning & conducting process workshops and do FIT/GAP analysis in Supply ChainMinimum of 15+ years of experience in SAP Retail – Supply chain logistics processes (Procure to Pay, Order to cash for both retail and eCommerce flows)S/4 HANA Implementation experience is requiredHand-On with Process modelling tools Signavio preferred, other process modelling toolsExperience onRepresent in Process Board & Solution Design authority board on critical Process GAPs / Architecture solution review and decision documentation.Ensure Fit to Standard and govern clean core principles with technical architectsBusiness process design documentation and coordinate with Process owners for review & ensure Sign-offStrong Knowledge on Procure to Pay & Order to cash processes – Inventory management, Handling Units management, Inbound & Outbound delivery, advanced ATP in S/4, Goods receipt & Goods issue processes, Standard EDI Integrations, Cross Dock and Flow through merchandise processes are requiredKnowledge on integrated processes with replenishment and allocation solutions, SAP EWM & 3rd Party WMS systems Integrations, Transport Management IntegrationsGlobal retailer with eCommerce presence, knowledge of eCommerce sales flow with ATP reservations & omni channel availability solution is requiredExperience / Capability knowledge on SAP EWM and any Transport Solutions & GTS trade services process exposure is preferredWork with Business and Change management lead to draw out Change Impacts listUnderstanding of LTMC and Data Migration capabilities to coordinate with data management teamUnderstanding of role-based process design and Fiori role design coordination with Roles & Authorization team is requiredHands on experience on Configuration in system is an advantageFunctional design ownership on solution fitment meets process design and business requirementGood communication skills, problem solving mindset and cross functional coordination skills requiredGood-To-Have:Strong implementation Experience in SAP S/4 SCM.Knowledge in Retail businessCompany Description:Techaxis is a EU-based firm that specializes in discovering, engaging, and placing top talent globally, for full-time or contract positions in leadership and mid to senior-level positions for companies in the technology, healthcare, energy, and education space.
