(Chat, Virtual sessions etc.Experience in any SAP environments is helpful..MissioGuide customers through the setup and configuration of secure connections between SAP BTP and on-premise/cloud systems.Provide technical guidance and best practices for configuration, error handling, and performance optimization.Document known issues, solutions, and support processes in a knowledge base to drive efficiency and enable self-service.Assist in reproducing customer issues and submitting detailed bug reports to engineering teams.Stay current with SAP BTP platform updates, new service offerings, and patches.Ability to read and analyze integration logs, traces, and diagnostic data.Strong customer communication skills and ability to explain technical details clearly.Good written and verbal communication skills, including documenting troubleshooting steps and architectural changes.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, especially in analyzing logs and root causes
