SAS Developer, Investigation Tools (Anti-Financial Crime) Helsinki/Oulu (fixed-term)

We are currently seeking a talented Lead SAS developer to complement our Anti-Financial Crime area. Together, we can make an impact in ensuring a safer world! The position is fixed-term and will last until the end of 2026.What is this role about?We are currently looking for an experienced SAS Developer to join our Investigation Tools team, in which 12 team members work seamlessly together and have great team spirit. As a Developer, you will lead the development done in the team while also participating in the technical development of investigation tool capabilities in our Anti-Financial Crime tribe. You ensure that the software meets the architectural and non-functional requirements and technical documentation is up to date. Additionally, you will take part in testing and documentation of the product.You communicate with different stakeholders and can explain technical things to non-technical business personnel. You will participate in resolving the possible production-related problems. In addition to working daily with the development team, you will collaborate tightly with the Product Owner, other Lead Developers and the tribe’s Tech Lead.This opportunity is available in either Helsinki or Oulu (with an obligation to travel to Helsinki when needed). Like the rest of OP Pohjola we work flexibly, combining both office days and remote work.What we expect from you?We are looking for someone with experience in the following SAS products SAS Data Integration Studio SAS Viya SQL (especially PostgreSQL) XML markup for integrationsThe following experience will be considered helpful in this role Development for SAS Visual Investigator (version 10.7 / 10.8, including solution extensions) SAS Transaction Monitoring SAS Customer Due Diligence SAS Fraud Management Developing API interfacesWe use Agile and DevOps, so we hope that you are familiar with modern software development methods & tools and have an agile mindset.
