💼 Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist with a strong background in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to expand our market share and drive revenue growth.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesSales Generation: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the commercial and/or residential HVAC market.Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing plans (digital, print, trade shows, etc.) to promote our HVAC products and services.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential new product/service areas.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a technical consultant and trusted advisor.Sales Support: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.Content Creation: Create engaging marketing content (case studies, brochures, website copy, social media posts) that communicates the value proposition of our HVAC solutions.Reporting: Track sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports and forecasts to the management team.✅ Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 1 years of proven experience in Sales and/or Marketing within the HVAC or a related technical industry.Strong understanding of HVAC systems, technologies, and industry terminology.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory.
