The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to expand our market share and drive revenue growth.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesSales Generation: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the commercial and/or residential HVAC market.Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing plans (digital, print, trade shows, etc.) to promote our HVAC products and services.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential new product/service areas.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a technical consultant and trusted advisor.Sales Support: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.Content Creation: Create engaging marketing content (case studies, brochures, website copy, social media posts) that communicates the value proposition of our HVAC solutions.Reporting: Track sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports and forecasts to the management team.✅ Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 1 years of proven experience in Sales and/or Marketing within the HVAC or a related technical industry.Strong understanding of HVAC systems, technologies, and industry terminology.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory.
