Job DescriptionThis job is based in Satair, if you want to know more about our business, please click here to find out more.Job ObjectivesThis is your unique chance to join us and collaborate with an international team from Airbus and Satair located in different regions worldwide in order to ensure on time, on cost and on quality solutions for our customers.Administer repair/lease/exchange orders, warranty claims and handle retrofit activities in accordance with Satair’s objectives and strategies ensuring that our products and services are delivered on time, quality and cost for highest customers’ satisfaction.Job ResponsibilitiesFocal point of contact for our customers in Asia Pacific with regards to repair servicesResponsibility for processing the customer's request for repair services as well as incoming ordersEnsuring a smooth progress of the order handling and following up according to customers' requirementsKeeping up the material and logistics activities and the associated services for customer satisfactionProactive notification of the customer about their order status Monitoring and reporting of customer KPIInterface with all stakeholders to ensure Satair's commitments towards our customersTarget of this role is processing of all customer orders and deliveries according to the deadline and quality specifications of our customersJob RequirementsDiploma (Degree in Aeronautics / Aeronautical Engineering is preferred)Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Customer Order Management or Supply Chain or similar (good understanding of After Sales Supply Chain)Good knowledge of repair managementWorking knowledge of SAP Customer focused mindset and ability to understand customer expectations and needsStrong communication skillsAbility to build up relations across functions and stakeholder managementCapability to work under pressure & multi-taskThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.CompanySatair Pte LtdContract TypePermanentExperience LevelProfessionalJob FamilyMaterial Support & servicesBy submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment.
