SBIR engages in comprehensive business developments such as securities brokerage, underwriting of IPOs, M&A and other corporate finance services in Cambodia. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an M&A Executive located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The M&A Executive will be responsible for performing financial analysis, conducting due diligence, managing investments, and overseeing accounting operations related to mergers and acquisitions. Daily tasks include evaluating potential deals, negotiating terms, and preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of M&A transactions.
QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and proficiency in FinanceExperience in conducting Due Diligence and managing InvestmentsSolid understanding of Accounting principlesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a teamExperience in the securities industry or related field is a plusBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
