SCADA Automation Unit Manager

You will have the chance to work on domestic and international projects, use state-of-the-art technologies, and advance your career with competitive compensation and benefits.General Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (mandatory)Minimum 7 years of experience in SCADA and industrial automation projects, including at least 5 years in a managerial/team lead roleAdvanced knowledge of Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell, or equivalent PLC/SCADA platformsStrong hands-on experience with Kepware OPC Server and OPC UA/DA protocolsProven experience in programming and commissioning RTU devices (Motorola, Aselsan, or equivalent)In-depth understanding of industrial communication protocols and cybersecurity standardsProject experience in natural gas and/or water distribution sectors is an advantageSolid background in project management, budgeting, and contract processesFluent in English (written and spoken)Completed military service (for male candidates)Valid B-class driver’s license and active driving abilityBased in Ankara, with no restriction on domestic or international travelJob Description:Manage the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance processes of SCADA/automation systems used in natural gas and water distribution infrastructureEnsure integration and optimization of SCADA platforms such as WinCC, Wonderware, Ignition, etc.Implement and manage Kepware OPC Server and OPC UA/DA integrationsCoordinate planning and operation of PLC, RTU, and industrial communication infrastructures (Modbus, DNP, Ethernet/IP, etc.)Oversee programming, configuration, and commissioning of RTUs (Motorola, Aselsan, etc.)Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data integrity, and industrial network security standardsManage project budgets, timelines, and resources, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliersLead, mentor, and develop the technical team, conduct performance evaluations, and prepare training plansWhat We Offer:Leadership opportunity in a dynamic and innovative Koloğlu Holding companyThe chance to develop sustainable, high-impact solutions in nationwide gas and water distribution projectsDomestic and international project experienceOpportunity to work with the latest SCADA and RTU technologiesCompetitive salary and benefits package (details to be shared during the interview process)
