POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Logistics Coordinator has the critical task of solving problems to ensure every delivery on our platform has a this company driver assigned. In our ‘on-demand’ world, every delivery is critically time-sensitive. The role helps This company execute these time-critical deliveries, build trust, and maintain strong business relationships with our national partners. WHAT YOU’LL DO: ● Trip Connections - 90% ○ Monitor thousands of weekly deliveries to ensure our drivers are assigned to every delivery. ○ Coordinate with our drivers, business partners, and customers on a national level to facilitate assignment of drivers.

○ Manage multiple channels of communication including text, phone, email. ○ Update all stakeholders with time-critical, pre-trip delivery information. ○ Issue driver incentives following the established budgets and strategies. ● Trip Scheduling - 10% ○ Assist partners inputting deliveries into TMS ○ Schedule delivery times with customersWHAT YOU’LL NEED: ● Self motivated with a strong affinity for problem solving, continually challenging the status quo and never settling for how something ‘has always been done’. ● The ability to multitask, prioritize and time manage. ● Able to maintain composure and be calm under pressure.
