About The RoleWe are recruiting a Scheduler to join our planning team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of infrastructure projects by managing and reporting programme data across multiple schemes. This role involves compiling End to End programmes, producing monthly dashboards, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting to meet client milestones. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams, and contributing to successful project outcomes.Location:BowburnWhat We Will Expect From YouUnderstands and promotes Health, Safety and Environmental responsibilities and their influence on project deliveryComplies with Group HSE procedures when visiting sites or liaising with operational teamsDemonstrates awareness of HSE best practice within construction environmentsGathers programme information from project teams, subcontractors, and client representativesEnsures all key reporting milestones and dependencies are accurate and regularly updatedWorks closely with planners to ensure consistency between project and framework-level reportingDelivers programme updates and reports within agreed timeframes and to the required quality standardProduces monthly reporting dashboards in Excel for each scheme, presenting progress and performance dataTakes ownership of the monthly reporting cycle and ensures all submissions are issued on or before client reporting deadlinesCan communicate programme related issues to the Client in various formatsBuilds strong working relationships with project teams, framework partners, and clientsCommunicates programme and reporting information clearly and confidentlyParticipates in collaborative planning meetings and information-sharing sessionsRepresents the planning function positively and contributes to a culture of teamwork, reliability, and transparencyQualificationsHNC/Degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not essentialExperience in a project coordination, scheduling, or reporting role within construction or engineering is desirableCompetent user of Microsoft ExcelCompetent user of Microsoft Project, or the desire and ability to learnStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisation and time-management skillsFull UK driving licenceAttributes & SkillsProfessional, courteous, and approachable in all interactionsConfident communicator able to engage effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, and clientsHighly organised and methodical with excellent attention to detailPersistent and proactive in obtaining required informationStrong reporting and presentation skills, with an eye for visual clarity and accuracyDemonstrates reliability and consistency in meeting reporting deadlines and submission datesPositive, flexible, and team-oriented attitudeWorks effectively under pressure and to tight timescales Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
