Cordoba Corporation is seeking a skilled Scheduler to provide as-needed support for its bond program. This role is responsible for managing the master program schedule across all phases from project initiation through closeout. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program-level scheduling and be proficient in Primavera P6 or equivalent tools. This position plays a vital role in ensuring schedule consistency, accuracy, and alignment across multiple projects.Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and update the master bond program schedule covering design, procurement, and construction phases. Coordinate with project teams to gather schedule updates and integrate contractor schedules into the master program schedule. Utilize Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling tools to manage and track project timelines. Ensure consistency in activity coding, milestones, and calendars across all projects. Maintain accurate schedule documentation for reporting and project closeout. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field required Minimum of 7 years of experience in program-level scheduling using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools required Oracle Primavera P6 Certification preferred Project Management Professional (PMP – PMI) Certification preferred Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP – AACE International) Certification preferred Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 per yearLocation: Altadena, CAWork Environment: OnsiteOur Company Cordoba Corporation, Making a Difference Cordoba Corporation is a nationally recognized civil engineering, construction management, program management, and planning firm.
