Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Scheduler to join our team. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting client coordination. The position starts on-site for the first 6 months, with the possibility of transitioning to remote work based on performance. Key Responsibilities{{:}} Make outbound cold calls to schedule appointments with potential clients Receive and manage inbound calls professionally Coordinate schedules and confirm appointments Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled meetings Ensure timely follow-ups and rescheduling when needed Collaborate with internal teams to streamline scheduling processes Requirements1-2 years of experience in customer service or scheduling roles (must have) Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections Clear verbal communication with a light or neutral accent Strong organizational and multitasking skills Basic knowledge in WellSky or another healthcare or homecare scheduling platformReliable and punctual, especially during on-site phase
