All OSSs will be responsible to generate a call list to fulfil the coverage requirements and communicate with the respective groups, clients, site leaderships, and the Operation Dispatch Centre. We currently have two positions available. Please see below for additional details.Why Choose PaladinBenefits & Other PerksOpportunities for Growth & AdvancementJob DutiesAssist to client service managers and operations team with administration responsibilities to ensure security services are operating in efficient and effective manner.Maintain positive internal and external relationships with the team and understand company policy and procedure.Supervised field staffs' schedule, available shifts, and training compliances using ERP based software.Responsible for communicating internal management with service coverage status and fulfill the contractual obligation by providing coverage updates.Responsible for making outgoing calls to contact on call field employees and supervisor their schedule.Responsible to record and keep a track of coverage statics and ensure all of employees are getting schedule while adhering compliance requirement for each contract.Identify and assist field employees with their re-cert training schedule and their career growth with the organization.QualificationsFluent in English to be able to give adequate, clear, and concise directionsConfident and capable of remaining composed under pressure of emergency situationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to work under team settingMust be able to demonstrate high customer service skillsScheduling and security experience is an assetAbout UsPaladin Security: Making the World a Safer and Friendlier Place!
