We are seeking an experienced and dedicated School Principal to lead our British Curriculum school. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, exceptional communication, and effective management skills, while fostering a safe, positive, and high-performing learning environment.Key Responsibilities: • Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and student well-being across the school. • Provide clear, strategic leadership that supports academic excellence and operational efficiency. • Maintain open, professional communication with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders. • Oversee daily management of school operations, staff performance, and student progress. • Ensure compliance with ADEK requirements and other UAE regulatory frameworks. • Uphold and model values of honesty, loyalty, and professional integrity. • Lead and develop a school offering the full British curriculum, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.Qualifications & Experience: • Proven experience as a School Principal or senior leader within a British Curriculum school. • Strong understanding of ADEK policies, inspections, and compliance standards. • Demonstrated capacity for effective leadership, communication, and team management.
