You’ll lead content development, mentor junior talent, and serve as a trusted client partner—helping transform complex science into impactful communication strategies that drive results.What You’ll DoLead scientific strategy and content: Develop and review scientific platforms, communication plans, workshops, and other materials across audiences and channels.Drive client excellence: Ensure deliverables align with client strategies, are scientifically sound, and meet the highest quality standards.Mentor and inspire: Provide feedback, coaching, and leadership to junior writers to elevate team output.Own client relationships: Lead meetings and discussions with clients and HCPs, providing trusted strategic and scientific guidance.Manage projects and teams: Oversee workload, allocate resources effectively, and maintain high-quality deliverables on time and on budget.Ensure scientific integrity: Translate complex data into clear, accurate, and audience-appropriate content across therapy areas.Support financial management: Monitor budgets, track progress, and proactively identify risks to maintain client satisfaction.What You’ll BringAdvanced degree (PhD, PharmD, etc.) in life sciences5–7 years’ experience in medical communications with expertise across multiple therapeutic areasExceptional scientific writing, editorial, and strategic thinking skillsProven ability to mentor teams, build client trust, and deliver under pressureStrong understanding of industry standards and compliance
