Scientist, Biologics Formulation Development

该职位来源于猎聘 ResponsibilityAs the team member of biologics formulation group, perform experiment on formulation development of Biologics products, including developability assessment, formulation screening, lyophilization process development, fill & finish process development, process transfer and scale-up, IND & BLA registration supporting, to move forward the pipeline biologics projects (including ADC, mAb, BsAb, etc.) from pre-clinical to late clinical phase.Follow up the drug product production of CDMO, to provide qualified products for clinical use per timeline.Provide continuous effort to improve the biologics formulation development platform with higher standard, including document system establishment, personnel training, system operation, equipment and materials management, etc.QualificationsBachelor or master degree or above in pharmaceutical science, bioengineering, biopharmaceutics science, with at least 3 years of related technical experiences in the biopharma or biotech industry.Have experimental skills on formulation and lyophilization process development of biologics (including ADC, mAb, BsAb, etc.).Have bio-industrial knowledge and experience on fill & finish and lyophilization process of biologics drug product, be able to complete assigned projects or tasks.
