However, please know that we always put ourselves in the candidate's shoes to ensure they have the best possible experience.We look forward to meeting you!Job DescriptionJob descriptionWe are looking for a Formulation Scientist to join our team!You will be part of an innovative environment developing advanced parenteral and liquid drug formulations for small molecules, peptides, and oligonucleotides — from discovery to commercialization.This position offers a combination of hands-on laboratory research and strategic formulation development, allowing you to contribute directly to next-generation drug delivery technologies.Your missionsPerform formulation and process development activities for innovative parenteral and liquid dosage forms. Design formulations, carry out experimental work, and document results in electronic lab notebooks and reports. Develop expertise in advanced delivery systems such as nanosuspensions, liposomes, biodegradable microspheres, and injectable biodegradable rods. Contribute to technology transfer, upscaling, and optimization for clinical trial manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Pharmaceutical & Material Sciences, Analytical Development, and Supply & Engineering Sciences. Support regulatory documentation and provide scientific input for filings and health authority responses. Your profileMaster’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Bioengineering, or Chemical Engineering. Proven experience in parenteral or liquid formulation for small molecules, ideally including aseptic processes, lyophilization, or nanonization techniques. Strong background in physical pharmacy and particle engineering. Analytical mindset with scientific rigor, innovation spirit, and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and teamwork skills in an international environment. Hands-on laboratory experience and adherence to safe laboratory practices.
