Manage and support the corporate tool for project, program and portfolio management (Sciforma).Key skillsHigh level on IT backgroundRelevant experience in functional administrationSolid hands-on experience with a project management tool, mainly SciformaSharepoint is a plusStrong relationship, collaboration and communicationWell organized, attentive, autonomousAbility to work under pressureResponsibilitieshandles service requests (access, user support, configuration, adaptation) on a daily basis,handles incidents and problems, and tracks bugs with the Sciforma editor,supports incidents related to the current gateway (SAP/ServiceNow/Sciforma),interacts with the Sciforma key user community to advise, identify, and implement adaptations and evolutions, ensures maintenance of the Sciforma application (e.g., dashboards, screens, features).trains new joiners on all profiles (resource, project manager, resource manager), regularly completes a wiki knowledge base, follows the Editor roadmap (monitoring and upgrades), manages upgrade (1 or 2 per year), manages Sciforma Platform management (e.g., calendars, settings, news pages, etc.), coordinates the monthly meetings with the community of key users, manages the SMaaS, including prioritization of action points, and cross-functional communication.Languages: French (C1) – English (B2+)Company Description:Techaxis is a EU-based firm that specializes in discovering, engaging, and placing top talent globally, for full-time or contract positions in leadership and mid to senior-level positions for companies in the technology, healthcare, energy, and education space.
