IT Project Manager

The company focuses on the 4X strategy genre, with an ambitious goal to grow its hit game, Total Battle, to become the No. 1 strategy game in the world. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive efficiency and continuous process improvements in 2 teams working closely with each other, up to 10 professionals total.

You'll be responsible for two technical teams in the IT department of System Engineers, C++ backend developers, C++ client developers, ensuring optimized processes, rhythm of work, risk control, team members’ motivation & autonomy. Key Accountabilities: Set and enforce the rhythm: planning, milestones, deadlines, grooming, reviews, retros. Ensure each team process or policy is purpose-driven, applied on time, data-validated, feedback-refined, and simple. Track focus, blockers, scope shifts; react fast. Proactively identify, rank, and mitigate delivery risks. Provide actionable data on team results and velocity; launch delivery acceleration from the data. Run action-oriented 1: 1s; deliver real-time, life-changing feedback. Facilitate sharp, outcome-driven meetings.

Organize performance-review activities. The ideal candidate would: Have 3+ years of project management experience. Be able to demonstrate past successes in managing 2 teams simultaneously. Have a proven track record implementing Agile methodologies. Have a proven track record in resolving delivery risks and issues. Be able to propose and make data-driven decisions. Have had success implementing task-tracking tools. Be an excellent facilitator of meetings. Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Show exceptional self-organization skills. Demonstrate the ability to deliver constructive, actionable feedback consistently. The following would be to your advantage: English to B1 level. PMI, PRINCE2 certification.
