About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Coordinator to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles, proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and excellent coordination skills to ensure smooth sprint execution and team alignment.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospectives).Support multiple development teams in applying Agile best practices.Remove impediments and ensure smooth delivery of sprint goals.Track sprint progress and ensure transparency using Agile tools .Monitor team performance and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.Prepare sprint and project reports for management.Requirements3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Coordinator / Scrum Master in a software development environment.Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks.Experience working with cross-functional software teams.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with software lifecycle tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
