The SAFe methodology is used to synchronise teams’ roadmaps and ensure the delivery of transversal epics.MISSIONSAs a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding one or more agile teams toward high performance, helping them deliver value efficiently while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will play a key role in facilitating collaboration across teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and focus on delivering business outcomes.You’ll partner closely with Product Owners, Developers, Designers, and other Scrum Masters to create a strong agile delivery culture in a dynamic and complex environment.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeFacilitating all agile ceremonies with impact and intent (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives)Proactively identifying and helping remove impediments to optimize team flow and deliveryMonitoring team performance through delivery metrics and ensuring continuous visibility of progress (e.g., via Jira dashboards, reports, and burn-down charts)Encouraging a culture of feedback and experimentation, fostering team autonomy and accountabilitySupporting the Product Manager and Product Owner in managing the product backlog and maintaining focus on delivering valueDriving continuous improvement at both the team and organizational level by sharing agile practices and insightsCoaching and mentoring team members and stakeholders on agile principles and Scrum practicesSupporting and coaching the Squads to ensure adherence to the SAFe framework and alignment with group standards.Collaborating with other Scrum Masters and Delivery Manager to align ways of working across teams and contribute to scaling agile within the organizationPROFILEProven experience as a Scrum Master supporting one or more agile software delivery teamsStrong understanding of Agile values and principles, with deep knowledge of the Scrum framework Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile performance metricsExcellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills ; able to build trust and promote collaboration across functionsDemonstrated ability to navigate complex organizations, balancing delivery priorities with process excellenceProactive and servant-leadership mindset.
