In this role, you will be responsible for embedding agile values and practices across delivery teams, ensuring high-quality, timely, and user-centric outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including delivery leads, product owners, solution architects, developers, and quality engineers to drive agile excellence and continuous improvement.What You Will DoTake full ownership of implementing agile values, principles, and practices across project deliveries Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies, ensuring consistent application of best practices Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships to support seamless technical delivery Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and proactively raise risks to ensure timely resolution Who You AreA professional with at least 2 years of experience in software development or process improvement, and 1 year in a mentorship or leadership role Knowledgeable in Scrum methodologies, agile tools (e.g., Jira), and agile metrics such as velocity and burn-down charts Skilled in software development lifecycle and DevOps practices Adept in facilitation, conflict resolution, servant leadership, and continuous improvement Possess strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure Not a perfect fit?Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
