Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.YOUR CHALLENGELead Agile teams by facilitating all Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring full adherence to Agile principlesAct as a servant leader and coach to development teams, fostering self-organisation, continuous improvement, and high-performance deliveryIdentify, track, and actively remove impediments in collaboration with team members and stakeholders to maintain smooth sprint executionEnable transparency and effective collaboration using JIRA for backlog and sprint management, reporting, and workflow customisation, and Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharingSupport Product Ownership and stakeholder alignment, ensuring clarity on priorities, dependencies, and delivery expectationsContribute to Agile scaling efforts within the Project & Technology Services Area, participating in SAFe-related activities such as PI Planning when applicableYOUR PROFILERecognised Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM); SAFe Scrum Master certification is strongly preferredSolid experience as a Scrum Master within (global) IT projects, preferably in a financial services environment, with specific exposure to wealth management being a distinct advantageExpert-level proficiency in JIRA and Confluence, including advanced configurations and reporting functionalitiesFluent in English (professional proficiency in speaking, writing, and presenting), German is a strong assetStrong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across organisational boundariesSelf-driven with a hands-on mentality — capable of working independently in a structured, compliance-aware banking environmentFamiliarity with agile metrics, team dynamics, and coaching techniques to drive sustainable improvementsWe Only Consider Candidates Who Can Start Immediately.We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
