Scrum Master

We are looking for a Medior/senior Scrum Master with comprehensive agile (and waterfall) experience in a hybrid organization and methodology environment undergoing transformation.Duties and responsibilitiesClassic scrum master tasks (providing ceremonies, cooperation with PO, team, knowledge of sprint status, removal of impediments, etc.)Empowering selforganisation within the teams, in order to comply their goals and commitments and to increase their performanceRepresenting and spreading the values and principles of the applied agile methodologyActive communication with the stakeholdersRecognizing, communicating and implementing the Organization's agile adaptation efforts and escalating if necessaryActive participation in Community of Parctice (CoP) events to promote and enhance harmonization and improvementExemplary adherence to processesDefining metrics representing performance of the harmonized team (tasks, goals, results) and keeping them up-to-date, defining Key Performance Indicators (KPI), communicating and analyzing Key Objectives (KO)Finding solutions to increase performance and developing work methodsParticipation in active medical device development is a plusKnowledge of the standards applicable to the field is a plusHigher education (preferably in the IT or technical field) is a plusProfessional competencies5+ years of experience in the Scrum methodology in a development environment (advantage in transformation)Good command of English (both written and verbal), Hungarian and/or German is a plusUser-level computer skillsKnowledge of agile methodologiesKnowledge of Waterfall methodologyPersonal competenciesGood communication and organizational skills, assertive, open approachAccuracy, precision, problem-solving skills
