We are #Hiring a Professional to play the role of Scrum Master/ Product Owner / Project Managerfor Consultants Valley Egypt – Cairo Innovation HubJob Description:We are looking for a Product Project Manager with a Computer Science and software development background to lead the delivery of enterprise software projects, mobile applications, and AI-enabled solutions, while also acting as a Product Owner to drive product outcomes, roadmap execution, backlog ownership, and delivery prioritization.This role requires a strong balance between product thinking, delivery execution, and Agile leadership, ensuring the team builds the right features with high quality and ships them on time.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software, mobile apps, and AI-enabled projects by managing scope, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination.Own the product backlog by collecting requirements, translating them into clear user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring the squad always has a well-prioritized and delivery-ready backlog.Contribute to and drive execution of the product roadmap by aligning stakeholders on priorities, sequencing initiatives, and ensuring delivery plans support business goals and timelines.Drive sprint execution and delivery cadence by facilitating planning, daily follow-ups, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives while ensuring commitments are realistic and achievable.Act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams by aligning expectations, clarifying priorities, managing change requests, and ensuring decisions are documented and communicated.Ensure delivery quality by coordinating testing efforts, managing defect prioritization, supporting UAT cycles, and validating readiness for release and go-live.Provide regular visibility through status updates, delivery reporting, KPI tracking, and progress dashboards to support leadership-level decisions.Act as a Scrum Master by ensuring Agile principles are correctly applied, removing impediments, improving squad performance, and enforcing continuous improvement practices.Job Requirements:Must have a Computer Science background with strong understanding of software engineering, SDLC, APIs/integrations, and modern delivery practices.Must have solid experience managing software projects and proven experience leading at least 2 large projects end-to-end with measurable outcomes.Must have proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary squad of 6+ roles spanning Frontend Engineers, Backend Engineers, DevOps Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Software Testers (QA), and AI Engineers.Must have Product Owner experience including backlog ownership, prioritization, roadmap planning, writing clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and aligning product delivery with business objectives.Strong experience using delivery tools such as JIRA / Azure DevOps and managing Agile processes effectively.Must have Scrum Master experience with the ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach the team, remove blockers, and improve Agile delivery maturity.Must hold a valid Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent.Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certifications is a plus.
