We are supporting the Air Force by developing a forecasting dashboard powered by AI. This will be delivered initially as a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in IL-2, with plans to scale to IL-4 in AWS. The product will feature chatbots, dashboards, alerts/notifications, and reports, focusing on demand forecasting, inventory and stock issues, maintenance tracking, and data analysis.Responsibilities including, but are not limited to the duties listed belowFacilitate SAFe Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Iteration Reviews, PI (Program Increment) Planning, and RetrospectivesCoach and guide Agile teams on SAFe practices and principles, promoting continuous improvement and team collaborationParticipate in technical challenges, helping the team ideate and deliver innovative solutions to complex problemsWork closely with customers to ensure proper alignment of program objectives, features, and story prioritizationIdentify and remove impediments that block progress, ensuring smooth project delivery and risk mitigationPromote an Agile mindset across the teams, encouraging self-organization, collaboration, and accountabilityTrack and report on key SAFe metrics such as team velocity, iteration progress, and PI goals to stakeholders and leadershipFacilitate communication and collaboration between teams, ensuring cross-team alignment and coordination within the Agile Release Train (ART)Support the teams in maintaining focus on business value, outcomes, and timely delivery of incrementsAct as a change agent within the organization to help transition and mature the Agile delivery practicesEngage in and support team participation in technical challenges to continuously improve Agile processes and technical outcomesEducation, Requirements And QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experienceSAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent certification (e.g., SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM))Security+ certifiedTechnical certifications and experience in modern technologies to include but not limited to AI/ML, Cloud, MACH, low/no-code platform, DevSecOps, etcDeep understanding of the SAFe framework and Agile principlesStrong facilitation, coaching, and leadership skillsExperience working with Agile tools like JiraExperience leading teams in scaling Agile methodologiesStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience in Federal or government contracting environmentsKnowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesExperience participating in technical challenges or hackathonsPMP certified
