Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, backlog refinement, and retrospective meetingsResolve conflicts by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty, and respectSupport the Product Owner and Development Team. Guide and suggest PO to come up with effective backlog management methodsEnsure and facilitate cross-team coordination. Communicate with main stakeholdersResearch the best practices to apply to the team to improveMaintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing, and report team progress to ManagerParticipate in the work of the organization: apply agile transformation, support organizing events, monitor and report. Presentation, seminar, training scrumJob Requirement4+ years of work experience as a Scrum MasterExtensive knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifactsWorking technical knowledge of the software development process – design, development, test, and deploymentStrong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, and time management skills , project managementAnalytical skills to be able to solve problems and remove impedimentsStrong interpersonal skill including mentoring, coaching and, collaborating and team buildingSoft skills: Coaching and training, Presentation, Teamwork, Problem Solving, Project Management, …Management methodology: Agile / Scrum (JIRA)Optional: SCRUM Certifications : PSM, CSM,.. is a plusTop BenefitsSalary: Competitive, pay according to ability.
