Our Dublin based client are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Lead to join their team on a daily rate contract basisPosition is with a well known organization that have a significant program of work to deliver over the next 2-4 yearsLooking for a person who has strong ability to guide and influence on appropriate Agile methodologies and must have experience in coaching and leading Agile at scale across multiple teamsKey ResponsibilitiesFacilitation of agile ceremonies including daily Scrum, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions.Proven track record of building and motivating teams within an agile environment.Track and maintain Agile team metrics to drive continuous improvement within your teams.Coach teams in self-management, continuous learning and cross-functional collaboration.Assist the Product Owner in effective backlog management, planning in a complex environment and ensuring Product items are clear and conciseEncourage and foster an environment where continuous improvement occurs within your teamsCoaching and mentoring on agile best practices and methodologies.Help the organisation improve its understanding, adoption and implementation of agile best practicesShow flexibility in working with changing requirements and priorities, while managing own task list and timeBuild strong relationships both within and across teams and other functional areas. stakeholders.Good understanding of System Architecture and software development practices and tools.Project & Delivery OversightManage budgets, time-tracking, and reporting, ensuring alignment with Finance, PMO, and funding requirementsTrack and communicate progress across Epics, Features, and Stories using agile metrics like burn-downs and backlog insightsProduce accurate spend forecasts and release plans based on velocity, resource allocation, and story point estimatesHOW TO APPLY:To apply for this role, please submit your updated CV.
