Proven track record in Technical Program Management: 18+ years (BS), 10+ years (MS), or 22+ years of relevant experience. Official Agile Scrum Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). Deep expertise in Agile principles and the ability to apply them to complex Department of Defense (DoD) environments.
