This is a Lead Technical Program Management position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for overseeing and leading the execution of multiple projects and/or programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Read on…What You’ll Do In The RoleImprove transparency and predictability of team output.Assist the squad in identifying and removing technical and organizational impediments.Use metrics and tooling to identify trends and opportunities improvement.Facilitate and improve team interactions with partners, stakeholders, and peers.Foster a collaborative culture and ensure the squad regularly celebrates success.Align squad with Cloud Fleet operating model; actively participate in Scrum Master guild.Partner with Product Owners and Technical Leads to improve process and delivery.What You’ll Bring To The Role6-8 years working in an Agile framework, preferably ScrumStrong communication skills (Effective, articulate, succinct communicator)Ability to hold self and team accountable for deliveryAbility to partner with product owner and stakeholders to articulate roadmaps and goalsDemonstrated expertise in team buildingExperience working with or knowledge of public cloudStrong Knowledge of JIRAAct as a servant leader for the squad Required QualificationsDemonstrated experience driving delivery and changeDedication to finding creative ways of working; driving for continuous improvementAbility to influence behavior without having formal organizational hierarchyAbility to navigate complex organizations to manage dependencies and remove blockersDemonstrated expertise in relationship buildingDedication to cross-function collaboration, communication and breaking down of silosFacilitate creativity & empowerment inside the squadAgile Certification (CSM, PSM, and/or SAFE-5)Optional QualificationsBaseline Cloud Service Provider certifications: AWS Practitioner Azure AZ- 900Knowledge of Roadmunk and RallyFinancial Services and transformation experienceAt Morgan Stanley Montreal, we support the Firm’s global businesses and infrastructure with cutting edge technology and innovation.
