Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Scrum Master II with our large power and utilities client in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension. Pay: $60.00 - $70.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.Description:We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong project management skills and Power BI expertise to support our Contact Center IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile methodologies, managing projects, and leveraging data visualization to drive continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesLead teams working in a SCRUM and KANBAN frameworkDevelop solutions collaborating with external teams and removing impediments.Coordinate work, releases and technical changes communicating with IT teams and CCO leadershipCreate and manage JIRA boards to manage project, deliverablesSupport product owner communicating business objectives toPresent to leadership about the team progress during Sprint reviews and other meetingsWorks with the Product Owner to ensureDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for KPI tracking and reportingCoach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworkManage project timelines, resources, and deliverables using project management tools and techniquesIdentify and remove impediments to team progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvementDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track team performance and project metricsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectivesFacilitate communication between the development team and product ownerMentor team members on Agile practices and support their professional growthQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certificationAgile leadership experience developing technological solutions. Experience working with Contact Center solutions for Voice is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, project manager or equivalent experience in an IT environmentStrong project management skills with PMP certification preferredProficiency in Power BI for creating dashboards and reportsExperience working with contact center technologies and IT support teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesFamiliarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)Desired Skills:Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management principlesPrior work experience in the Contact CenterExperience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)Familiarity with contact center platforms and technologiesUnderstanding of data analysis and statistical conceptsIf you are passionate about Agile methodologies, project management, and data-driven decision making, we encourage you to apply.
