Skill: Scrum Master, Agile , Sprint, BRD,FRD, Insurance Domain, .NetWe are looking for a Scrum Master with proven experience in Agile delivery and a strong understanding of the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum principles, and ensure smooth delivery of high-quality solutions. This role requires excellent communication, servant-leadership, and problem-solving skills to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined backlog and prioritization.Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements in the insurance domain.Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, QA, business analysts) to deliver high-quality solutions.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is mandatory.Experience:5+ years of experience in Agile project delivery. Total Exp - 10+ years.Minimum 2+ years as a Scrum Master.Strong exposure to insurance domain (Life, Health, P&C, or similar).Agile Expertise:Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps).Soft Skills:Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to coach teams and stakeholders effectively.Nice to HaveKnowledge of .NET technology stack or familiarity with software development processes.Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS).Understanding of compliance and regulatory aspects in insurance.
