With a focus on results and a culture of shared success, it supports companies in reinventing their businesses and building long-lasting, trusted relationships.We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team.Key tasks & activitiesFacilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesCoach and mentor the development team on agile practices and ensure adherence to the Scrum frameworkRemove any impediments or obstacles that may hinder the team's progressCollaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure a clear and prioritized product backlogTrack and monitor team velocity and communicate progress and risks to stakeholdersPromote a culture of continuous improvement and help the team evolve their agile practicesRequirementsProven +5 years of experience as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master in an Agile software development environmentStrong knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile principlesExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to facilitate and mediate team discussions and conflict resolutionCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plusExperience with PMO project managementProficient in English (minimum B2 level)BenefitsEffective or B2B contract, it's up to youHybrid work (3x per week in the office)Continuing education and professional development
