Position: Scrum MasterLocation: JohannesburgEmployment Type: ContractRequired Skills & Experience5–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, or similar role.Hands-on experience supporting data engineering, analytics, or machine learning development teams.Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and delivery metrics.Experience managing cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders.Ability to translate business needs into deliverable sprint goals and actionable work items.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to eliminate blockers and streamline delivery.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.Preferred SkillsExperience working in data-centric organisations or with data product monetisation initiatives.Familiarity with MLOps, data pipelines, cloud platforms, or model deployment workflows.Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP).
