Lead squads to deliver meaningful outcomes while growing your career in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.About The RoleAs a Scrum Master, you’ll guide two cross-functional squads to deliver customer-focused outcomes using Suncorp’s Momentum delivery model. You’ll embed agile practices, remove delivery roadblocks, and foster continuous improvement across technology and business teams.What You’ll DoSupport backlog management and optimise squad delivery through agile practices and governanceFacilitate planning, sequencing, and prioritisation of work to ensure timely outcomesMonitor squad performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvementCoach teams to adopt Momentum mindsets and delivery processesCollaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and stakeholders to manage dependencies and align goalsMaintain squad-level reporting and RAID management to ensure transparency and complianceWhat You’ll BringScrum Master certification (CSM) and project management accreditation (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile)Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management or Scrum Master rolesProven ability to lead dispersed or offshore teams in technology deliveryStrong stakeholder engagement skills across all levels, including executiveExcellent facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and drive strategic outcomes in a collaborative environmentPreference for candidates with previous Insurance/Claims experienceWhat You’ll EnjoyAccess our award-winning Shine platform – your central hub for exclusive perks, wellbeing support, career development, and recognition.
