🚀 Hiring: Senior Scrum Master (Contract) – CanadaToronto • Vancouver • Montreal • Ontario💲 $57.75–$61.88/hr🕒 Collaboration Window: Flexible, be able to collaborate with team members between 8 am Pacific and 3 pm Pacific.We're supporting a top-tier engineering organization looking for an experienced Scrum Master to help drive team productivity, cross-team collaboration, and delivery excellence across multiple development teams.What you’ll be doing:• Leading Scrum for two related development teams• Mentoring a junior Scrum Master on a third team• Removing blockers across engineering + experience design teams• Coaching on Agile best practices and improving delivery velocity• Facilitating all major ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, grooming, retros, etc.)• Driving alignment across cross-functional, distributed teamsWhat we’re looking for:• 5+ years as a Scrum Master on medium–large software projects• Experience supporting multiple Scrum teams simultaneously• Strong background removing impediments between dev + design teams• Solid JIRA skills for reporting, metrics, and forecasting• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with minimal oversightNice to have:• CSM or SAFe certification• Familiarity with Figma, Confluence, Slack• Exposure to design systems and software testing tools (Playwright, BrowserStack)If you're a collaborative, action-oriented Scrum Master who thrives in distributed environments, I’d love to connect.
